Lucas Dametto 7 Agosto 2023 Os metroviários da Companhia Brasileira de Trens Urbanos (CBTU) de Recife entraram em greve pela terceira vez em menos de um mês, nesta quinta-feira (03/08). Os companheiros travam uma luta para evitar que a CBTU de Recife tenha o mesmo fim que teve o Metrô – também CBTU – de Belo Horizonte. A empresa ainda consta no Plano de Desestatização, não havendo nenhuma demonstração de intenção de sua retirada por parte do Governo Lula – Alckmin. Na verdade, as políticas do novo Arcabouço Fiscal, Novo Ensino Médio e o avanço das privatizações mostram o compromisso do Governo com a agenda da burguesia, que exige um governo de austeridade e continuidade nos ataques contra a classe trabalhadora e juventude. O Caminho para a vitória O Governo Federal vem se fazendo completamente surdo às demandas dos Metroviários de Belo Horizonte, apesar das promessas de Lula, durante a campanha, de cancelar a privatização iniciada ao final do governo Bolsonaro. Todo aquele que deseja intervir de maneira consciente e alcançar a vitória contra esse processo deve ter claro dois aspectos da situação político-econômica. Primeiro, que os ataques dirigidos aos companheiros metroviários de Recife são parte integrante de um pacote de ataques à classe trabalhadora; das contrarreformas ao Novo Ensino Médio e privatizações, o fio condutor é a crise econômica e a imposição de políticas de ataques aos trabalhadores. O segundo aspecto é a disposição de luta gigante que existe nas bases. Conforme afirmamos no “Informe Político do CC ao 8º Congresso da Esquerda Marxista”: “Jovens e trabalhadores, longe de estarem ou se sentirem derrotados, compreendem que venceram ao derrotar Bolsonaro nas urnas e querem, agora, que suas reivindicações concretas sejam atendidas”. Ao derrotar Bolsonaro, trabalhadores e jovens esperam ter derrotado também sua política. E já nos primeiros meses do Governo Lula – Alckmin vimos a movimentação independente da juventude contra o Novo Ensino Médio, apesar de todo o esforço das entidades sindicais e estudantis para paralisar essa iniciativa. Não temos motivo para acreditar que o Brasil será exceção ao fenômeno mundial de ascensão de lutas da classe trabalhadora em busca de uma alternativa ao beco sem saída que o capitalismo impôs à humanidade, como temos visto na França e em outros países. Devemos tirar as lições necessárias da derrota em Belo Horizonte. A crise generalizada exige a necessidade de uma ação unificada por parte da classe trabalhadora. Quanto mais o movimento se espalhar, maiores suas possibilidades de sucesso, e a concatenação entre a crise geral e o estado de ânimo da classe permite a construção da unidade dos trabalhadores contra todas as privatizações em escala nacional. Em São Paulo vemos o esboço dessa frente como resposta às repetidas ameaças de privatização do transporte sobre trilhos, inclusive com leilão da Linha 7 – Rubi marcado para novembro desse ano, como parte da política do Governo Tarcísio. Há um indicativo de greve dos Metroviários para o próximo dia 15/08, contra as terceirizações e demissões. A mesma Federação Nacional dos Metroferroviários (FENAMETRO), que vem construindo a luta em São Paulo, pode jogar um papel gigantesco na mobilização das demais sedes estaduais da CBTU. Todas as direções do movimento operário, dos Sindicatos com suas assembleias ao Congresso da CUT, que será realizado em breve, devem colocar em pauta principal a questão da construção da frente única contra todos esses ataques. Romper o isolamento das lutas das diferentes categorias e construir a Frente Única das organizações da classe trabalhadora contra todos os ataques de patrões e governos são tarefas urgentes e a bandeira sob a qual combatem os militantes da Esquerda Marxista.
